The Flux X26 Series is the only e-bike AOTOS sells, offered as the Flux X26 and the Flux X26 Pro. Both carry a 750W rated motor, 20 x 4.0 in fat tires, hydraulic disc brakes and dual hydraulic suspension with an inverted fork, on a 6061-T6 aluminum frame that AOTOS says both share. AOTOS's terms of service name a Hong Kong seller, and the safety certificate names a plant in Zhuhai, China.
The Pro lists 100 Nm, a 2000W peak in Boost and a 48V 21Ah battery that the product page rates at 1008 Wh. The standard lists 80 Nm, a 1200W peak and 48V 18Ah, which an AOTOS blog puts at 864Wh. The manual rates both packs at 46.8VDC, and the certificate gives the Pro's as 982.8Wh. Boost lets the motor deliver its maximum torque and power for up to 10 seconds at a time. Only the Pro adds a physical lock, an under-frame storage bag, tire pressure monitoring and 4G GPS tracking with an anti-theft vibration alarm.
AOTOS publishes three top speeds. The manual describes throttle and pedal assist with a 20 mph maximum, and the TÜV certificate lists 20 mph. The comparison table gives 28 mph in Boost for both trims, and the homepage shows 35 mph for the Pro. The app page describes a speed limit setting riders can change, and the warranty excludes damage from riding above the factory-set limit after the original restriction is removed or modified.
Weight is published two ways: 97 lb for both trims on the product page, and 106.26 lb for the Flux X26 and 113.76 lb for the Pro in the manual. Range is listed as up to 50 miles on the Flux X26 and up to 70 miles on the Pro, figures the manual ties to an average 15 km/h without naming an assist level, rider weight or terrain.
TÜV Rheinland of North America certifies the electric system to ANSI/CAN/UL 2849:2022A under certificate CU 72606403, which TÜV's Certipedia database listed as valid for both trims on September 30, 2026. AOTOS's safety page also names UL 2271, but the one UL 2271 certificate Certipedia lists for the same holder covers battery models L4C01 and L4C02, and the manual names different packs.
Returns run 30 days from delivery on the product page and 14 days in the support FAQ, and a change-of-mind return ships at the buyer's cost despite the free returns banner. The product page gives main components a 1 year warranty, accessories 6 months and wear parts 3 months, while the warranty page lists some wear parts as not covered. What is the difference between the AOTOS Flux X26 and the Flux X26 Pro?
On September 30, 2026, AOTOS listed the Flux X26 at $1,699 and the Pro at $2,299, beside struck prices of $2,399 and $3,299. The Pro carries a 21Ah battery instead of 18Ah, 100 Nm instead of 80 Nm, a physical lock, a storage bag, tire pressure monitoring and 4G GPS tracking. After a free first year, GPS plans start at $2.90 a month or $29 for 12 months.
How fast does the AOTOS Flux X26 go?
That depends on the AOTOS page. The user manual, the product page FAQ and the TÜV certificate say 20 mph, and the manual describes that setup as throttle plus pedal assist. The comparison table on the product page lists 28 mph in Boost, and the homepage shows 35 mph for the Pro. An AOTOS blog calls 28 mph an adjustable mode and tells riders to check local rules first.
Is the AOTOS Flux X26 UL certified?
The certificate AOTOS links is issued by TÜV Rheinland of North America, not by UL. It covers the electric system to ANSI/CAN/UL 2849:2022A under number CU 72606403, and TÜV's Certipedia database showed it valid for both the Flux X26 and the Pro on September 30, 2026. AOTOS also names UL 2271, but none of the AOTOS pages we read links a UL 2271 certificate to the X26 battery packs.
Can I return the AOTOS Flux X26 if I change my mind?
AOTOS gives two windows: 30 days on the product page and in the refund policy, and 14 days in the support FAQ. The bike must be new, unused and in its original packaging. On a change of mind you pay return shipping, the original shipping cost is not refunded, and no restocking fee applies. The refund policy also says on sale items are non-refundable.
