Curated Stacks

Most longevity gear is sold one product at a time. Real protocols run as systems. These are the stacks we build for the people who ask - sequenced, priced, and matched to a specific persona.

How we build stacks

Four criteria. No filler.

Most “best longevity stack” lists are written by SEO contractors who’ve never used the products. Ours are written by the editor who runs them daily, with picks defended against four constraints:

  1. An anchor item - the single piece of hardware that does the heaviest lifting in the stack and which the rest of the picks orbit around (e.g., the cold plunge in the CEO Recovery Stack, the bmiMD telehealth in the Metabolic Reset Stack).
  2. Supporting items sequenced by compounding leverage - each one amplifies the anchor rather than competing for attention.
  3. A coherent total budget range calibrated to a real buyer persona ($1K travel-friendly, $3K starter, $8K founder-tier, $25K full-system).
  4. A rollout sequence - what to buy first, second, and last so adoption compounds rather than fragments. A great stack you don’t finish using is worse than a good stack you actually run.

The 13 stacks below cover 13 distinct buyer personas. Pick the one that matches your situation, or use the Stack Builder to route automatically by budget + goal.
