QUICK VERDICT
Frame's reformer pairs spring resistance with a built-in touchscreen that streams Frame's own classes. Either colour costs $4,999 on Frame's store, and delivery, assembly and a $39.99 monthly plan come on top.
- Best for
- Buyers in the US or Canada with a room that fits a 94 inch machine plus clearance, who want Pilates classes on the reformer's own screen and expect to keep the monthly plan, and who live in a major city if they want Frame to build it.
- Skip if
- You want a published spring count, resistance range or machine weight before you buy; you need a return you can count on after using a reader code, since Frame's policy excludes discounted items and does not say whether a code order is one; or you would rather not pay monthly for classes, since Frame's own pages disagree on whether the plan is required.

FR-LV300Use it at Frame Fitness →The Frame Pilates Reformer is a spring resistance reformer with a touchscreen on an arm at one end, from Frame Innovative Technologies Corp., based in Miami Beach, Florida. Sunrise and Midnight were both $4,999.00 on 2026-11-02. Sunrise orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks, per the product page. Midnight is a pre-order, and the page gives December for new orders to ship without naming a year.
Frame lists the reformer at 94 inches long and 25.5 inches wide. With the screen displayed it stands 36 inches high, and 13 inches with the screen stored. The product page asks for 2 feet of clear floor around the sides; the FAQ block on the same page says all sides. Frame says it holds up to 400 pounds. The product page and help center list no weight for the machine itself, and no spring count, spring tensions or resistance range.
The screen, which the warranty calls an HD Touchscreen, joins Wi-Fi and sends sound to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker. The reformer plugs in through a detachable cord that Frame's FAQ says can be replaced with one bought on Amazon. Frame's product page and help center do not list the voltage, amperage or plug type.
Classes cost $39.99 a month, and the product page says the plan is activated during setup and charged on activation. Frame's membership FAQ says the reformer can be used without a membership, minus a library Frame puts at over 300 Pilates classes. A yearly plan is mentioned there with no price, and it cannot be cancelled once bought.
Delivery to the room you choose is a standard $299.00 fee, and Frame's team assembles the reformer for $250.00 more in major US and Canadian cities only. The product page describes in-home delivery and assembly without saying assembly costs extra or is limited to major cities. Elsewhere you assemble it yourself from instructions by QR code, YouTube and PDF, and Frame's web pages do not say what tools, time or helpers the build takes.
The warranty terms conflict. The product page offers 12 months on the screen and a 3 year hardware warranty. The warranty page, last updated October 10, 2023, gives 5 years on the frame, excluding moving parts, and 12 months on the touchscreen, on the belt, spring resistance and carriage, and on labor. Labor applies only to units a Frame technician assembled, and a claim needs the reformer registered in the Frame app.
Returns are open for 14 days from delivery with an RMA number and the original packaging. Delivery charges are kept and return shipping is $299 or more, so at least $598 is not refunded when a Room of Choice order goes back on a change of mind. Discounted items are excluded unless faulty, and Frame does not say whether an order placed with a reader code counts as one. Orders can be cancelled only before they leave Frame's warehouse.

Frame Pilates Reformer - buyer FAQ
What does the Frame Reformer cost once delivery and classes are added?
Frame listed both colours at $4,999.00 on 2026-11-02. Its shipping FAQ adds a standard $299.00 fee for delivery to the room you pick and $250.00 more for White Glove assembly. Classes are $39.99 a month. On those figures a Sunrise unit delivered to a room is $5,298 before tax, or $5,548 assembled. Code FR-LV300 takes $300 off the reformer, which works out to $4,699.
Do I have to pay the $39.99 monthly subscription to use the reformer?
Frame's pages disagree. Its product page says you activate the monthly subscription during setup and that the charge is required on activation. Its membership FAQ says the reformer can be used without a membership, though you lose the library of over 300 classes. The FAQ also mentions a yearly plan with no published price, and a yearly plan cannot be cancelled.
How much room does the Frame Reformer need, and what power?
Frame's product page gives 94 inches long (a 2022 Frame blog post gives 92), 25.5 wide and 36 high with the screen displayed, dropping to 13 high with the screen stored, and asks for 2 feet of open floor beside it. Users up to 400 pounds are supported. Power comes through a detachable cord. Frame's product page and help center do not list the voltage, amperage, plug type or the weight of the machine itself.
Does Frame assemble the reformer, and how long does delivery take?
It ships unassembled. Frame's team builds it for $250.00 on top of the $299.00 delivery fee, in major US and Canadian cities only; everywhere else you follow Frame's QR code, YouTube or PDF instructions. The product page says Sunrise orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks, while the shipping FAQ says 1 to 2 weeks after fulfillment. Frame says new Midnight orders ship in December.
What warranty and return terms come with the Frame Reformer?
The product page says 12 months on the screen and 3 years on the hardware. The warranty page says 5 years on the frame and 12 months each on the screen, on components such as the belt, spring resistance and carriage. Returns run 14 days from delivery, but the delivery fee is kept, return shipping is $299 or more, and discounted items are excluded unless faulty.
