The Hyper Vest ELITE is an adjustable weighted vest from Hyper Wear Inc, the Austin, Texas company behind hyperwear.com, which its about page dates to 2011. The shell is CORDURA fabric with a two way stretch that Hyperwear calls patented, closed by a full front zipper and fitted with orange elastic side lacing and reflective strips.
