The E3 is priced at the entry end of the commuter scooter market, $449.99 and in stock. The motor is a rear hub unit rated at 400W with a 650W peak, fed by a 36V 10Ah pack, 360Wh. Top speed is 20 mph across three speed modes. Megawheels puts gradeability at approximately 18 percent.
Megawheels states a range of approximately 28 miles, and it tells you what produced that number: a 165 lb load, economy mode, flat road. Read the 165 lb correctly: it is the load used to produce the range number, not a rider weight rating. If you weigh more than 165 lb, ride in a faster mode, or meet hills, plan on less than 28 miles.
Megawheels cannot keep its own tyre spec straight. The spec table says "12 inch vacuum tyres". The prose on the same page, the meta description, the og:description and the JSON-LD all say "12-inch big solid tyres". Vacuum here means tubeless and solid means airless, which are opposites. That difference changes ride comfort and puncture behaviour completely. The brand's own materials on this model also disagree about the suspension. Get both answers from Megawheels in writing, for the unit you are actually buying, before you pay.
