Tietie's homepage leads with electric dirt bikes. The T5 is the one conventional pedal e-bike in its range that was in stock on 2026-09-30; two sibling 20 inch models, the T2 and the E20Pro, were not. It has a carbon steel frame that folds at a hinge, a suspension fork up front and a shock at the rear. A rear rack, fenders, a kickstand mount, an LED headlight and turn signals come with it, and the photos show a tail light on the rack.
For the motor, Tietie lists 80 Nm of torque, 1500W peak power and a slope figure of 35°. It gives no rated power. The lithium-ion battery is removable and rated 48V 13Ah. Tietie says it supports up to 80 miles and 2000 charge cycles, without an assist level, speed, rider weight or terrain for the range. Watt-hours, charger output and charge time are not published, and the T5 text does not mention a throttle. The battery section also shows Min Temp minus 20°C without saying whether that applies to riding, charging or storage.
The T5 page's Specification section gives 40.5 kg, or 89 lbs, an unfolded size of 1700 x 690 x 1170 mm and a folded size of 1000 x 520 x 760 mm. Those weight and size figures, and the brake line, carry identical values on Tietie's E5 listings, whose own spec table gives a different frame weight and unfolded size. Tietie does not say which bike they were taken from. Brakes are listed as mechanical, and the photos show a disc rotor at each wheel. The geometry chart names recommended rider height, recommended weight, reach, seatpost range and wheelbase, and every value is blank. No maximum rider or cargo weight is published.
The T5 page claims no UL 2849 or UL 2271 certification and publishes no IP rating. With no class or top speed from Tietie, check local e-bike rules before riding on roads or paths.
