Where the standard Wheel+ has a smooth padded surface, each XR wheel carries a distinct molded texture: the 10 inch wheel has an acupressure surface, the 6 inch is shaped for what Chirp calls knot-kneading thumb massage, and the 4 inch is built for the neck, with the brand pointing specifically at the suboccipital muscles at the base of the skull. The same recessed spinal channel runs down the center of all three so the ridges work the muscle, not the vertebrae.

Here is the honest pricing note. On 2026-08-06 the bundle listed at $89.99 while the three XR singles listed at $29.99, $27.99, and $31.99, a combined $89.97. The set saves you nothing over buying the wheels individually, which cuts both ways: no discount for committing to all three, but also no penalty for starting with one size and adding the others later. A black XR 3-pack was listed at $59.99 the same day but showed sold out, so the mint set at full price was the only live option.

The trade-off against the standard Wheel+ set is intensity for comfort.
