The PS5200 delivers Real Relax's 4D roller mechanism at $1,899.99 on the brand's store, against a struck $1,999.99 (verified 2026-10-29). The rollers extend 1.1 to 2.5 inches outward for deeper work than a 3D unit, riding an SL-track that runs from the neck to the thighs, backed by 30 airbag cells, two zero gravity recline levels, and automatic shoulder detection that positions the rollers to your build.
Programming is broad for the price: 20 auto programs, 6 massage techniques, 5 intensity levels, and 5 airbag pressure settings, plus Thai stretching, foot rollers, a footrest extension, and waist and lower back heating. The chair also carries an anion and aromatherapy module, built-in Bluetooth speakers, a Qi wireless phone charger, a child lock, and a timer, all run from a touch pad interface.
Where it gives ground: the fit range is the tightest spec on the sheet. Real Relax rates it for users 5 to 6 feet tall, and the seat is 19.88 inches wide, so taller or broader users should step up to the PS6500. There is no touchscreen, voice control, or app control on the feature list, the warranty is 1 year, and you need roughly 70 inches of clearance to recline it fully.
At $1,899.99 with free US shipping and a US repair and returns center, the PS5200 keeps most of what makes the flagship interesting, the 4D mechanism, zero gravity, and full body air massage, while cutting the smart-control layer to hold the price under $2,000.

The PS5200 uses 30 airbags with 5 pressure settings, plus a 4D SL-track mechanism whose rollers extend 1.1 to 2.5 inches, with 5 intensity levels, 6 techniques and 20 auto programs. It draws 85W at 110V 60Hz, so a standard US household outlet is enough.
