The PS6500 sits at the top of Real Relax's lineup at $2,599.99, marked down from a $4,799.99 list price on the brand's store. Its 4D roller mechanism can push the rollers outward 1.1 to 2.5 inches beyond a standard 3D unit, and it runs on an extended long SL-track that follows the spine from the neck down through the hips. Around that core you get 28 airbag cells, three zero gravity recline levels, 27 auto programs, 13 massage techniques, Thai stretching, foot rollers, and waist and lower back heating.

The control layer is what separates it from the rest of the catalog. A 7 inch LCD touchscreen, app control, and hands-free voice commands all drive the same functions, and an AI soreness detection sensor reads your grip to build a session around the spots it flags.
