The GhostBed Massage Hybrid is a 12-inch pocketed-coil mattress with an air-cell massage layer sewn inside, built with Cozzia and sold direct by GhostBed, Inc. of Plantation, Florida. On 2026-09-09 a single mattress ran $3,099 in Twin XL, $3,599 in Queen, $4,199 in King and $4,249 in Cal King. The $6,198 Split King is two Twin XL mattresses shipped on one order, not one wider mattress, and GhostBed does not publish the footprint of the pair once they are pushed together. The size list stops at those five: no Twin, no Full, no Queen split. Checkout offers Affirm, a lease-to-own path GhostBed labels Leasable, and HSA/FSA payment through Truemed, which requires a Letter of Medical Necessity obtained through an intake form and a text-message evaluation with a provider. The same page sells the GhostBed Adjustable Base at $1,299, the Smart Adjustable Base at $1,499 and the All-in-One Foundation at $299, each priced for Queen.

And it ships compressed: GhostBed allows 24 to 48 hours to decompress, says a compressed mattress may not recover to 100% of its height, and permits a tolerance of plus or minus 1 inch on the finished height. Origin is stated four different ways across GhostBed's own pages, from made in the USA with domestic and imported materials to designed in the USA and Canada with imported materials, so if country of manufacture decides the purchase, get it in writing before ordering.
The mattress carries 25 years against a lasting body impression deeper than 1.5 inches that is not tied to a sagging foundation, and against a flaw that splits or cracks the material. The cover carries 3 years. The control box, the remote and the air tubes carry 2. Years 1 to 10, GhostBed covers repair or replacement cost and the owner pays handling and transport; a year 11 replacement costs the owner 50% of the original purchase price, and the owner's share climbs 5% a year through year 15, 4% a year through year 20 and 1% a year through year 25. Coverage is conditional: register within 30 days of purchase, decompress within 15 days of receipt, be the original purchaser (coverage ends on sale or transfer), buy from an authorized dealer and keep the receipt showing date, place and price. You want the massage hardware covered as long as the mattress: the control box, remote and air tubes carry 2 years against the mattress's 25, and the 7-Year Extended Warranty named in GhostBed's own warranty for this model does not exist in GhostBed's own product list. Buyers in Alaska and Hawaii should also stop here, at $600 in freight with no trial and no returns.
