Neurosonic, headquartered in Oulu, Finland, builds low-frequency vibration into a mattress, chairs and a chaise longue. Harmonia, a Gen2 product per its product page, puts that vibration into a set of panels that lies flat under a mattress or sofa cushions, and Neurosonic says it does not raise the mattress height. Length adjusts from 135 to 170 cm (53 to 67 in), the panels are 3 cm thick, and the set weighs about 4 kg (8.8 lb). Folded, it measures 51 x 29.5 x 15 cm, and a carrying bag costs EUR 149 extra.

Harmonia runs from the Neurosonic app on your own phone or tablet, iOS or Android, and the product page lists no remote. Neurosonic's method page gives 20 to 100 Hz as the vibration range of its devices; the Harmonia page gives no figure of its own. The programs page lists programs of 10 to 41 minutes in 3 groups, relaxation, activation and recovery, plus a 10 minute Power Nap. The product page counts 8 programs, then says Gen2 products, which Harmonia is, have 9. In the app you pick a preset intensity, fine-tune each vibration zone with a slider, schedule a program to start later and save your own program combinations, and Neurosonic's buying guide says Android users can set a timer that wakes them with vibration.

Neurosonic markets Harmonia for relaxation, recovery, sleep and alertness. Its FAQ says Neurosonic is not a medical device and does not replace treatment prescribed by a doctor. The FAQ lists 9 situations in which Neurosonic says not to use the device, among them pregnancy, an acute blood clot and the day of a vaccination, and it says people with epilepsy, migraine or another brain condition with serious symptoms should not use the activating programs at all.

The buying guide puts the panels under the thickest mattress, or under a topper of about 10 to 15 cm, and says they need something soft beneath them. If a slatted base resonates too much, it suggests a yoga or camping mat between the slats and the panels. It works on adjustable beds with the panels kept clear of the fold points, and it is not recommended under a futon on a hard floor without padding. The same guide says Harmonia may be slightly more audible than larger Neurosonic products, depending on the program and power level.

Neurosonic sells direct from Finland in euros. Per Neurosonic in writing on 2026-09-30, shipping to North America costs EUR 69.90, delivery to the US takes about 2 weeks, and Harmonia works on US mains and can be supplied with a suitable US plug; the store lists one variant and no plug choice. The store terms are written for Finland and the EU: a 14 day return right for unused products in original packaging, return shipping paid by the buyer, and a 24 month warranty that the terms say applies to the territory of Finland. How a US warranty claim is handled is not published.
