The brand's own numbers do not agree with each other: the lens-technology page says 60 percent at 455 nm for the daytime lens and a 550 nm cutoff for the red lens, while the FAQ says 50 percent and 570 nm. VivaRays says it spectrometer-tests its lenses and will send graph readings on request, but no third-party test certificate is published, so treat the figures as brand statements. The lens-technology page uses the phrase "clinically proven" without citing a study, and the FAQ says "all our glasses are FDA approved" without a registration detail; we do not repeat either. VivaRays' FAQ states its CR39 and nylon lenses do not meet the ANSI Z87+ standard, so these are not sports or safety glasses. Country of assembly is not published: the acetate is Italian, the shipping policy says prescription glasses ship from a lab in British Columbia while the lens-technology page mentions a professional UK lab, and non-prescription orders ship from a Texas warehouse.
