The set page describes the tin as Japanese ceremonial-grade matcha made from shade-grown gyokuro leaves, and Adagio's Q&A says the set is only available with its plain matcha, which sells on its own for $34 in the same 2-ounce tin. That tin's page describes the tea as a Samidori cultivar from Uji, Japan, a high-grade spring first-harvest tea. The brand's own math is 1 teaspoon per 8-ounce cup, about 24 cups per tin, and 136 cents per cup on the standalone tin.
