NBPure sells MagO7 as an overnight cleanse for occasional constipation and says its magnesium oxide compounds "may give a gentle osmotic effect". A capsule serving is 3 capsules, so the bottles hold 10, 30 and 60 servings; a powder serving is 1/2 teaspoon, 2.5 grams, with 60 to a container. The capsules add vegetable cellulose, certified organic rice flour and citric acid, and the powder adds citric acid alone. NBPure does not publish what MOXiO3 contains beyond ozonated magnesium oxides.
Directions vary by source. The capsule panels call for 3 capsules at bedtime, on an empty stomach, for 7 to 10 days or until the desired cleanse, and mention only reducing the serving. The water amount differs between the panels and the product page for both forms. NBPure's tips say any time of day works, preferably 2 to 3 hours after the last meal. The product page advises consulting a healthcare professional before using any supplement, and neither it nor the panels carry a warning for pregnancy, medications or a maximum daily amount.
A gallery image says "No Fillers" and a badge beside each panel says additive free, yet the capsule panel lists rice flour, which NBPure's ingredients page calls "A natural additive to assist the manufacturing process". The badges also read certified vegan by vegan.org, gluten free and third-party tested. NBPure names no testing lab, and we did not check the vegan.org record.
