NeuroQ Memory & Focus is a 2-capsule daily supplement whose Supplement Facts panel gives an amount for each of six ingredients, from 250 mg of gotu kola extract to 75 mg of propolis. NeuroQ sells a 30-day bottle for $89.95 one-time, or $69.95 on a 30-day subscription.

NeuroQ Memory & Focus is sold by LifeSeasons, Inc. of Kaysville, Utah, through its NeuroQ store at neuroq.com. A bottle holds 60 vegetarian capsules and the serving is 2 capsules, so each bottle is 30 servings, the 30-day supply the store sells it as. NeuroQ's directions are two capsules every morning with food. The bottle carries the name of neurologist Dr. Dale Bredesen, whom NeuroQ lists as the formula's developer and formulator. NeuroQ also sells a Memory & Focus Extra Strength as a separate product, and nothing here describes that one.

The Supplement Facts panel on NeuroQ's product page lists six ingredients per 2-capsule serving: gotu kola (Centella asiatica) aerial extract at a 4:1 ratio, 250 mg; turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract, 250 mg, standardized to 95% curcuminoids (237 mg); ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaf extract, 120 mg, standardized to 24% flavone glycosides (28 mg) and 6% terpene lactones (7 mg); phosphatidylserine, 100 mg; coffee fruit extract (Coffea arabica), 100 mg; and propolis extract, 75 mg. No Daily Value is established for any of them. NeuroQ's page says the formula uses no proprietary blends. NeuroQ calls the formula stimulant-free and a badge under the panel reads non-stimulating. NeuroQ's product page shows its Supplement Facts panel more than once, and the caffeine lines differ: the panel in the body of the page and the label image in its ingredients section both list the coffee fruit extract with "less than 3mg caffeine", while the Supplement Facts image in the product gallery, the one with the badges underneath, lists it with "less than 9mg caffeine". The product page does not say which figure is current, so if you count caffeine, ask NeuroQ before you buy.

Several details a careful buyer looks for do not appear on the product page or in the Supplement Facts image: the source of the phosphatidylserine, any standardization for the gotu kola beyond its 4:1 ratio, and warnings about pregnancy, medications or age. The dietary badges under the panel read vegetarian, gluten free, no milk, no yeast and no corn; none addresses soy, and propolis is a bee product. NeuroQ says every batch is third-party tested and made in a GMP-certified facility in the USA, and the badge under the panel reads GMP compliant. The product page names no testing lab or certifier and links no certificate of analysis.

A single 30-day bottle is $89.95 one-time or $69.95 on a subscription that ships every 30 days, and the three and six bottle bundles cut the per-bottle price further on both plans. When we checked on September 25, 2026, the product page loaded with the subscription tab and the three-bottle, 90-day plan selected, and its add-to-cart button showed $139.90, so pick the option you want before checkout.

NeuroQ's terms differ between its product page and its policies. The product page offers a 60-day money-back guarantee "for any reason", "even if the bottle is empty", while the refund policy says you may request a refund within 60 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of "your first purchase". The page's FAQ says free standard shipping arrives in 3 to 5 business days; the shipping policy says most orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3 to 7 business days, and that packages to Hawaii or Alaska may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. To cancel a subscription, the page's FAQ says to call 1-800-513-2151 and that the subscription is canceled within 24 hours, and the site footer adds email to support@neuroq.com; the subscription policy asks for at least 5 days before your next order processes and lists customer care at 1-833-638-7674. If one of these matters to your order, ask NeuroQ which rule applies before you pay.
