One 6.32 g stick pack carries 750 mg sodium (33% DV) and 1,390 mg chloride (60% DV) from salt, 250 mg potassium as potassium chloride, and 100 mg magnesium as magnesium citrate, plus 100 mg of organic cordyceps fruiting body mushroom extract. Ten calories, zero sugar, sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract (Reb-A) alongside malic acid and organic natural flavors. Directions are one stick daily in 16 to 40 oz of cold water. True Grace states the formula supports fluid balance, muscle function, and endurance. Those are the brand's own structure-function statements, each carrying the FDA disclaimer, and we have not tested this product.
What the price buys is 16 or 30 sticks. Sixteen servings is $26.95, about $1.68 a stick, and thirty is $46.95, about $1.57. Subscribe and save takes 10 percent off both, bringing them to $24.26 and $42.26, or roughly $1.52 and $1.41 a stick. Four flavors run across both sizes (Grapefruit, Lemon Lime, Watermelon, Pink Lemonade), and the Variety Pack exists only in the 16-serving box. Against what we already list, the interesting number is the disclosure, not the sodium. LMNT Recharge puts 1,000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, and 60 mg magnesium in a stick at $45 for 30 one-time, about $1.50 each, so ElectroMag gives up 250 mg of sodium and asks roughly seven cents more per stick in exchange for 50 mg more potassium, 40 mg more magnesium, a published chloride figure, and the cordyceps. Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier is close on price at about $1.56 a stick but carries 500 mg sodium and 11 g of added sugar in its original line. Vibras runs $1.93 a stick and does not publish its sodium, potassium, or magnesium milligrams at all, which is exactly the gap ElectroMag closes.
Where it gives ground. The 16-serving box is about two weeks at one stick a day, so the honest entry price is really the 30-count or the subscription. The cordyceps is the softest part of the label: 100 mg of organic fruiting body extract with no extraction ratio and no standardized beta-glucan figure published, so we cannot tell you how it lines up against amounts used in research. There is no clinical trial on the finished formula. The per-batch testing for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants is brand-stated, with no certificate of analysis on the page we read. The product page itself does not state gluten-free, vegan, GMP manufacturing, or country of manufacture. And the brand-level credentials we could find, B Corporation, Certified Carbon Neutral, and woman-owned, come from True Grace's About page rather than from this SKU.
Buyers who want a sugar-free electrolyte stick with every mineral amount printed on the label, and who would rather have more magnesium and potassium than the highest sodium number in the category.
