QUICK VERDICT

Aescape prices the One at $125,000 with a $10,000 annual Platform fee, and publishes no dimension, no ceiling clearance, no electrical requirement and no warranty for it anywhere on its own two domains. What you buy online is a $25,000 deposit, not the machine.

Best for: A United States buyer who has already used Aescape at a network location, can carry $125,000 plus $10,000 a year indefinitely, and accepts that every siting question has to be answered by Aescape's team because the brand publishes none of them.

Aescape prices the One at $125,000 with a $10,000 annual Platform fee, and publishes no dimension, no ceiling clearance, no electrical requirement and no warranty for it anywhere on its own two domains. What you buy online is a $25,000 deposit, not the machine.

Aescape's own legal terms call the product a robotic massage table. The brand prices the home and private office unit at $125,000, with a $10,000 annual Platform fee on the product page, and repeats $125,000 on its marketing page while calling the same charge a service fee. The binding Deposit Agreement on the same storefront reads $125,000 plus $25,000 per year for Aescape One Platform. That is a $15,000 a year gap inside the brand's own site, and the brand does not reconcile the two. Either figure makes the annual fee mandatory, so this is a subscription purchase rather than a one time one.

What the storefront sells is a deposit, not a machine. The pre-order page lists Regular price $25,000.00 Deposit with a working Add to cart button, and the Shopify variant carries an empty compare_at_price, so the Sale price line the theme renders is template chrome and $25,000 is the standing ask. The variant is flagged requires_shipping false. Availability is United States only. Aescape says a member of its team connects with the buyer afterwards to assess the install and coordinate delivery, and it publishes no lead time, no ship date, no install fee and no site requirement.

Refundability is published three ways. The product page says fully refundable until your order is approved and you sign your agreement. The storefront refund policy says the deposit is refundable at the request of either party and refunded if no contract is signed. The Deposit Agreement says refundable less transaction fees, and its 120 day bar from an Execution Date it never defines attaches only to termination by the buyer, not by Aescape. There is no published return policy for the machine itself. The pricing page also says you own the system while the Deposit Agreement has the buyer agreeing to lease and license the table.

No physical specification is published anywhere. A sweep of both sitemaps returns no dimension, no ceiling or clearance figure, no voltage or circuit statement, no decibel figure, no user weight limit and no safety certification mark, and the only weight that exists is 800 lb of Shopify shipping metadata on a line that does not ship. No home warranty is published either. Before committing, sessions at network locations run $29, $49, $69 and $89 for 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes.

Skip if

Skip if you need a fixed total cost or a way out: the annual Platform fee is mandatory and published at $10,000 on the product page against $25,000 per year in the binding Deposit Agreement, what you buy online is a $25,000 deposit rather than a completed order, and Aescape publishes no return policy for the machine itself and no warranty length, coverage or exclusions for the home unit on either domain. Skip too if you are outside the United States, since the product page reads United States only, or if a liability ceiling matters, since the Terms of Use cap Aescape's aggregate liability at $500.

Aescape One - buyer FAQ

What does an Aescape One cost?

Aescape's product page states $125,000, with a $10,000 annual Platform fee. Its marketing page repeats $125,000 and calls the same charge a service fee. The binding Deposit Agreement on the same storefront instead reads $125,000 plus $25,000 per year for Aescape One Platform, a $15,000 a year gap the brand does not reconcile.

Is the $25,000 deposit refundable?

Aescape publishes three different answers. The product page says fully refundable until your order is approved and you sign your agreement. The storefront refund policy says deposits are refundable at the request of either party. The Deposit Agreement says refundable less transaction fees, immediately if Aescape terminates, and only after 120 days from an Execution Date it never defines if the buyer does.

What are the Aescape One's dimensions, weight and power requirements?

Aescape publishes none of them. A word sweep of every page in both of the brand's sitemaps returns no dimension, no inch or centimetre figure, no ceiling clearance, no voltage, amperage or watt statement and no decibel figure. The only weight anywhere is 800 lb in Shopify store data on a deposit line flagged requires_shipping false, which is reservation metadata rather than a published specification.

Who does Aescape say should not use it?

Aescape publishes a 15 item avoid list covering pregnancy, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, heart disease including pacemaker, fracture, open wounds, blood clot history, deep vein thrombosis, fever or infectious disease, active cancer, recent surgery, herniated disc, kidney or liver disease, intoxication and braces or casts. A further 10 conditions are marked consult a physician first. Aescape states the list is not all inclusive.

What warranty and service come with the home unit?

Aescape publishes no warranty length, coverage or exclusions for Aescape One on either domain. The only warranty figure it publishes anywhere is a commercial partner line item, an optional two year extended warranty at $6,000 covering years 4 to 5, paid upfront. Aescape offers what it calls white glove onboarding and ongoing concierge support, with no response time and no service level stated.

Can I try one before spending $125,000?

Yes, through Aescape's network locations. Single sessions run $29 for 15 minutes, $49 for 30, $69 for 45 and $89 for 60, and the site publishes code FIRST15 for 15% off a first session. Location counts disagree across the brand's own pages, from 100+ on the packages page to 150+ on the business page.
