Executive Health Edge is a twelve-month remote coaching program that puts a blood panel at the center of the plan rather than at the end of it. It is run by Empowerment Fitness LLC out of Coronado, California, it serves clients nationwide, and it publishes an unusual amount of detail about how it operates. What it does not publish is a price.
This is a free editorial page. Everything below comes from the program's own published pages, read September 22 and rechecked September 24, 2026. Three points the site stated two ways were confirmed by the founder on September 24, and the program page was corrected to match.
Quick answer
- What it is: a twelve-month, remote, one-to-one health program for high-performing men aged 40 to 65, built on four published components: diagnostics, devices, coaching and physician oversight.
- What is measured: a 75+ biomarker blood panel at month 0, month 6 and month 12, each with a written analysis, a biological age analysis and a 1:1 review with the founder, Zac Armstrong.
- What it costs: pricing is provided on the strategy call. No number is published, and we do not print one.
The four components
The program page numbers them 01 through 04.
| Component | What the program publishes |
|---|---|
| 01 Diagnostics | A 75+ biomarker panel at months 0, 6 and 12, with written analysis, biological age analysis, and a 1:1 blood analysis review with Zac Armstrong after every panel |
| 02 Devices | A WHOOP band or an Oura ring, the client's choice of one, plus a Withings body-composition smart scale. Resistance bands also ship, for the travel weeks of the training plan |
| 03 Coaching | One dedicated coach, weekly, for the full twelve months. Every coach is a certified nutritionist |
| 04 Physician oversight | A program physician on request, reached by written handoff from the coach |
Alongside each panel the program produces what it calls a Health Quotient Score, generated with a biometric screening that captures body composition from the Withings scale, blood pressure and physical measurements under the same conditions each time.
What the testing actually covers
The program publishes the panel by category rather than as a marker-by-marker list: a comprehensive metabolic panel, a complete blood count and a lipid panel; inflammation markers including high-sensitivity CRP, interleukin-6 and immunoglobulin A; and recovery and hydration markers including creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and serum osmolality. The exact count behind the 75+ figure is not published, and neither is the laboratory that runs it. Lab draws are included in the program fee, and the program describes diagnostics as its single largest hard cost.
The coaching cadence
This is the part most programs leave vague, and the one Executive Health Edge writes down in service-standard terms.
- Weekly: a video review, plus a Monday full analysis report and a Friday check-in report.
- Daily: a same-day response to a logged workout, and a same-day message from the coach if nothing is logged.
- Messages: answered within 24 to 48 hours, usually the same day.
- Training: three to four full-body or upper/lower sessions a week, adjusted weekly against wearable and scale data, with the full phase rebuilt every four to six weeks. The stated primary goals are VO2 max and lean muscle mass.
- Nutrition: protein-anchored macro targets set from the blood panel, food first, reviewed every two to four weeks and changed only on a data trigger. Calories and protein are hard numbers; carbs and fats are ranges.
Supplements named in the program's own material are creatine, protein, vitamin D, omega-3s and magnesium. Coaching also covers grocery and supplement planning, and travel and dining strategy, including a hotel-gym and bodyweight variant of every training week. The program states that nothing in the service-standard list costs extra.
Each client also gets a client success manager, separate from the coach.
Where the physician fits, and where they do not
The published scope is specific. The program physician handles decisions that are hormonal, pharmaceutical or lab-dependent, which the program says includes TRT and peptides, and is reached on request through a written handoff from the coach rather than as a standing clinical relationship.
The limits are published in the same place, and they matter more than the scope: the program physician is not a primary care physician, and the program does not treat acute injuries or medical conditions. Read it as oversight attached to a coaching program, not as medical care, and keep your own physician in the loop.
Who it is designed for
The program names high-performing men aged 40 to 65 and lists executives, attorneys, founders and senior military. Its structured data carries the same 40 to 65 band. Its terms add that men outside the range are considered case by case.
The fit question worth asking is about the shape of the thing rather than the demographic. This is a twelve-month commitment with weekly contact, a wearable you are expected to wear, a scale you are expected to stand on, and a panel three times a year. If the appeal is the panel alone, a diagnostic membership is a cheaper instrument, and our best diagnostic platform guide covers those. If the appeal is having someone read the panel with you every week for a year, that is what this is.
Pricing
Pricing is provided on the strategy call. No figure appears anywhere on the program's site, and we do not estimate one.
Two money details are published. Veterans, active-duty military, first responders and public school teachers get roughly 20 percent off the standard twelve-month program, with reasonable proof such as a DD-214, a department ID or a school email address. The cost page also lists roughly 16 percent off a six-month program, a shorter term the founder says is offered case by case. The exact figure is confirmed on the strategy call. And on HSA or FSA, eligibility depends on your plan and tax situation, itemized invoices are provided, and a Letter of Medical Necessity can be discussed with the program physician.
The published terms are worth reading before the call: the program is non-refundable except under its Results Guarantee, which requires all three of 80 percent or greater adherence, completed weekly check-ins and at least one coach session a month. A pause suspends participation without extending the twelve-month term, and disputes are settled by binding arbitration in California.
How to start
The entry point is a 45-minute strategy call, which the program describes as a strategy audit rather than a pitch, and which its Chief Operating Officer takes most of. Book it at executivehealthedge.com/book. We earn nothing from that link and have no commercial relationship with the program.
Bottom line
Executive Health Edge sells a year of structured attention: three panels, a wearable, a scale, a weekly one-to-one coach who is a certified nutritionist, and a physician available on request for the lab-dependent decisions. It publishes its cadence and its limits in unusual detail, including that it is not primary care. The price is not published and is set on a 45-minute call, so the only honest way to learn it is to book that call.
What is Executive Health Edge?
A twelve-month remote health program from Empowerment Fitness LLC, based in Coronado, California, built around four published components: diagnostics, devices, coaching and physician oversight. It runs a 75+ biomarker blood panel at month 0, month 6 and month 12, supplies a wearable and a body-composition scale, and pairs each client with one dedicated coach.
Who is Executive Health Edge designed for?
The program names high-performing men aged 40 to 65, and lists executives, attorneys, founders and senior military as the occupations it serves. Its own structured data records the same range, ages 40 to 65. The published terms add that men outside that range are considered case by case, so the age band is a target rather than a hard gate.
What does Executive Health Edge cost?
Pricing is provided on the strategy call. No figure is published anywhere on the program's site, and the program says the investment is set on that call. Two things about money are published: roughly 20 percent off the standard twelve-month program for veterans, active-duty military, first responders and public school teachers (about 16 percent on a six-month term offered case by case), and that itemized invoices are provided for HSA or FSA questions.
What testing and devices are included?
A 75+ biomarker blood panel at month 0, month 6 and month 12, each with a written analysis, a biological age analysis and a 1:1 review with the founder. The program supplies a WHOOP band or an Oura ring, the client's choice of one, a Withings body-composition smart scale, and resistance bands for travel weeks. Lab draws are included in the program fee.
Is there a doctor involved?
A program physician is available on request through a written handoff from the coach, for decisions the program describes as hormonal, pharmaceutical or lab-dependent. The program states plainly what that is not: the physician is not your primary care physician, and the program does not treat acute injuries or medical conditions.
How do you start with Executive Health Edge?
Through a 45-minute strategy call booked from the program site, which the program describes as a strategy audit rather than a pitch and which its COO takes most of. Pricing, term length and fit are covered on that call. The program is twelve months, and its pause policy states a pause does not extend the original twelve-month term.
