The Cold Stoic 3.0 is Renu Therapy's hot and cold plunge tank, handcrafted in Southern California and priced at $10,399 against a $11,399 compare-at, a flat $1,000 off that every one of the 72 variants carries. Configured prices run $10,399 to $11,099: all six tub colors add $0, the breath deck is $0 in California Redwood, $200 more in Pacific Cedar and $300 more in any of the four composite finishes, and the insulated all-weather spa cover with child safety locks is a $400 upgrade rather than a box item. Renu Therapy builds and sells the tub on its own store, so the $11,399 is the brand's own prior price and not a third-party anchor. Shop Pay Installments and Bread Pay are offered, and Renu warns that the first Shop Pay Installments payment comes due about two weeks after purchase is finalized, which can land before delivery on a 3 to 5 week build.

The body is 70 inches long by 33 inches wide by 35 inches high, with a 40 by 25 by 31 inch water plunge inside it and a matching step stool whose deck is 20 inches wide by 14 inches deep at 7 1/2 inches of total height. Dry weight is 365 lbs, and filled weight is approximately 1,155 lbs, a figure Renu ties specifically to a 95 US gallon fill, while the specifications page gives filled capacity as 91 to 104 US gallons depending on fill level inside a 134 gallon total. A custom-optimized 0.5 HP chiller and a 1kW heater take the same tub from 37F to 104F. It runs on a standard Type B three-prong outlet at 120V / 15A / 60Hz with a dedicated circuit recommended and a GFCI plug on the cord, drawing a peak 518 watts at 6.1 amps while cooling and 1,013 watts at 8.6 amps while heating, and averaging 130W over 24 hours at 40F and 260W at 100F. Renu states 58 decibels at approximately 3 feet from the large grill with the ventilation grills in place. Around that sit 4 inches of perimeter insulation, a dual-stage filtration system pairing a quick-swap external filter for large debris with a high-capacity internal filter for finer particles, an integrated ozone purification system, a touchscreen, WiFi app control and programmable color lighting.

Siting is an electrical and clearance question rather than a plumbing one, because no model requires hard plumbing and the tub fills and drains with a standard hose. Two vents have to stay clear, 27 inches minimum at the large grill for access to the mechanic's bay and 15 inches minimum at the small grill to reach the chiller controls. The 5-year limited warranty badge beside the Add to Cart button is two warranties: 5 years on the body from the delivery date, and 1 year on the water chiller from the delivery date. On a claim Renu covers the part and the customer covers shipping costs, most repairs or component replacements are performed by the customer, and where the customer cannot do the work Renu pays up to $50 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours to an approved general service provider, with additional rural travel fees excluded. Delivery is free curbside within the contiguous US whether or not a promotion is running, and moving the 365 lb tub off the pallet to its final position is the customer's responsibility. Cancelling before shipment costs 5 percent with no cancellation once it ships, returns run 45 days from delivery at a 5 percent restocking fee plus shipping costs, refunds process in 3 to 10 business days, and international sales, refurbished units and bulk orders of 3 or more units are final.
