FitnessGenes sends a home saliva collection kit by mail. Their product page states the sample is analyzed on an Illumina Infinium array at an ISO 17025-accredited lab, with Eurofins named as the lab partner. FitnessGenes cites 600,000+ variants at 99.9% reproducibility in their method write-up, and markets a 650,000+ figure in headings and meta descriptions on the same page. Both numbers are theirs, not ours.

Kit delivery is quoted as up to 5 days for the UK, USA, Canada and Europe and up to 10 days elsewhere, with results typically 2 to 3 weeks from when they receive your sample. Access is an online Members Area with 180+ reports across 14 health categories, the BASIL longevity plan, genetic workout and nutrition plans, and PDF export. It is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There is no subscription anywhere on the site.

Honest limits: this is informational only, and every page footer on their site reads "Not a medical device. Reports describe genetic predisposition only." The $399 we card is the full US checkout total, $369.00 plus $30.00 shipping, because their /shop page advertises free shipping but US checkout charges for it. They also exclude some destinations and their own pages disagree on the list: /faqs says Russia, China, Korea, Brazil, Mexico and Spain, while the product page says Russia, China, North Korea, Mexico and Spain. New York and Maryland buyers can receive a kit but have to collect and return the sample from outside the state.
