In 2026 it restructured. There are no annual tiers any more. Instead there is one optional membership at $9 a month, cancel anytime, and a marketplace of individually priced panels, scans and kits, which Mito sums up as "We profit from membership, not from your tests." Every panel can also be bought without joining, at the non-member price.

Does Mito prescribe TRT or peptides?
