A $99-a-year membership that discounts cash-pay doctor visits and includes one free blood lab, no insurance required.

Sesame runs a cash-pay marketplace for doctor visits, dental care, labs, and imaging. You see the full price before you book, pay it directly, and never deal with an insurance claim. Sesame Plus is the membership layer on top: $10.99 per month or $99 per year, verified on the live membership page today.

The math is simple. Members get $10 off primary care and virtual visits and $10 off in-person visits like dental or dermatology. Annual members also get one free lab or blood test per year, which Sesame values at $65 or more. The lab menu includes HbA1c, a comprehensive metabolic panel, a lipid panel, a complete blood count, and a testosterone test. For anyone who tracks bloodwork on a regular cadence, the annual plan can pay for itself with the free lab plus two or three discounted visits.

Know the limits before you join. This is a discount membership, not insurance, and it does not cap what you spend in a bad year. The free annual lab comes only with the yearly plan and is not available in Washington State. Savings also depend on Sesame having providers near you at good cash prices; availability and pricing vary by city and service.

The fit for a longevity routine is the lab benefit plus cheap ad hoc visits. If you already pay cash for periodic panels or the occasional dermatology or dental visit, the $99 annual plan is a low-risk way to cut those line items. If your insurance already covers routine labs with no out-of-pocket cost, the membership adds little.
