The Petspemf Pad is the product Petspemf launched with in 2022, per its about page. Petspemf grew out of Omnipemf, the maker of NeoRhythm, and the seller is MDCN Tech Ltd of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The product page says all orders ship from the United States. The Pad is a foam pad with PEMF coils inside, 5 in the Small and 6 in the Large, powered by a rechargeable lithium battery that charges over micro USB. No cable is attached during a session.
The product page lists 4 programs, each running 30 minutes at intensities it gives as 2.5 mT and 1 mT. Each pairs two frequencies: 50.6 Hz with 15.2 Hz, 4 Hz with 6 Hz, 15.2 Hz with 40.5 Hz, and a fourth program that uses both the first and third pairs. The Application Guide also lists 4 programs; the user manual lists 3. Both give session lengths from 20 minutes to 8 hours, and the veterinarians page gives basic sessions of 20, 30 or 40 minutes, which differ by program. A double tap on the control box starts a session, and an app switches programs and keeps session history.
The Small measures 13 x 17.5 x 0.8 in (330 x 445 x 20 mm). The Large is published two ways on the same page: 17.5 x 23.6 x 0.8 in (445 x 600 x 20 mm) in the size selector, and 27.5 x 17.5 x 0.8 in (700 x 445 x 20 mm) in the specification table. Petspemf points owners of cats, Chihuahuas, Beagles, Staffords and Dachshunds to the Small, and owners of Labradors, Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds to the Large.
An outer cover the brand calls scratch-proof, machine washable up to 30°C, sits over a waterproof inner cover. The box holds the Pad, a magnetic tester tube, a micro USB cable, a hard reset tool and a QR code linking to the manual, with no wall charger listed.
Petspemf's safety page says its devices should not be used on animals that are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure history, are actively bleeding, or carry implanted metals, a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device. The same page says to keep the device at least 30 cm (12 in) from pets with pacemakers or implants while it is on. The user manual differs: it says the Pad's signal has no magnetic induction effect on veterinary surgical implants, which it calls usually non-magnetic. The site footer says the devices should be used in consultation with a licensed veterinarian.
The brand's pages disagree on terms. The product page shows a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, while the refund policy charges a 20% sanitization and restocking fee on opened items and leaves return shipping to the buyer. The product page also shows Free Worldwide Shipping, while the shipping policy charges $19.90 on orders up to $198.99. Both sizes sit above that line. ExtendCare+ is counted from delivery on the product page and from the purchase date in its own terms.
