The Chicken Sliders are not cooked: the brand says they are freeze-dried raw and put through high pressure processing (HPP) instead of heat. HPP pressure and hold time are not published. The brand's frozen foods are sold through retailers and wholesale partners only and are not shipped from its website.

The bag and product page give 88% chicken, organ and bone. The first five ingredients are chicken with ground bone, chicken gizzards, chicken liver, chicken and chicken heart, followed by organic carrots, sweet potatoes, kale, broccoli, zucchini, parsley and blueberries. Cod liver oil, mixed tocopherols as a preservative, sea salt, kelp and a vitamin E supplement come later in the list. A help centre answer covering all of the brand's complete diets gives a different split, 70 to 80% muscle meat, 10 to 15% bone and 10 to 15% organ. The bag front says 10% non-GMO produce, while the ingredient list names each produce item as organic.

The guaranteed analysis is 61.7% crude protein minimum, 18.1% crude fat minimum, 2.0% crude fiber maximum and 5.0% moisture maximum, at 4,250 kcal/kg and about 30 kcal per slider. Each slider weighs about 7 to 9 grams, and the brand estimates about 45 sliders in a 14 oz bag and 75 in a 25 oz bag, filled by weight. Calcium, phosphorus and ash values are not published, and neither is an AAFCO feeding trial.

That label belongs to the Summer 2026 recipe. The brand gives the freeze-dried dog line an August to September 2026 change-over and says regions and distributors receive it at different rates, so a store shelf can still hold the earlier recipe, which used pollock oil, organic collards and organic wheatgrass and ran about 40 kcal per slider.

The brand recommends crushing the sliders and mixing 1/2 cup of warm water for every 4 sliders. The product page says to wait a few minutes; the help centre says about 10. They can also be served dry or as a topper. The product page sets a 5 to 6 day transition from the current food, while a help centre feeding article gives 7 to 10 days for a new protein.

Website orders process in 1 to 2 business days, with delivery given as 3 to 5 days on the product page and 2 to 5 business days on the shipping page, and no expedited option. Returns run 14 days from purchase for website orders. The product page calls this a money back guarantee, while the return policy says the team will in most cases replace the product first. Unopened bags keep 18 months from production, and the help centre says the bag is not recyclable.
