The uDream AI, model OS-8258, is a full body massage chair from OSIM, a Singapore brand founded in 1979. The rollers run on what OSIM calls 4D Dual-SL Track Massage Technology, and the buyer sets technique, intensity, speed, width and warmth. Airbags work the hands and arms, upper arms, hips, thighs and calves, with 3D rollers under the buttocks and thighs, sole reflexology and warmth across the back and legs. OSIM publishes no heat temperature, airbag count, roller travel or program count.
The backrest reclines from 132 to 155 degrees, plus or minus 5, and OSIM's FAQ says the chair has a zero gravity position. The footrest rotates and retracts, its fabric detaches for washing, and OSIM calls the design a massage chair, lounger and sofa in one. Both armrests carry touch panels, and an entertainment stand holds a device at three preset angles beside USB-A and USB-C ports. The safety timer is 15 minutes, with other durations set in the app.
A retractable SkyCanopy above the headrest carries mood lighting made with Sensortech, in five programs. Speakers around the headrest are made with Devialet, and a diffuser offers two scents made with dsm-firmenich.
The OSIM Well-Being App is a free download for iOS 14 and Android 10 or later, and OSIM says its massage programs carry no extra charge. The World Masters series is named for Thai stretch, Japanese Shiatsu, Chinese Tui Na and Balinese 4-Hand styles. The app's AI Wellness Analysis reads the face through the phone or tablet camera, and OSIM says its readings are not meant to be used as medical advice.
OSIM Australia's drawing for the same model number gives 82.5 cm wide, 150 cm deep and 196 cm long reclined, with a 5% tolerance, and marks the height as 159 cm in the front view and 145 cm in the upright side view without explaining the difference. Net weight is approximately 134.5 kg (296.5 lb). The US chair runs on 110 to 120V at 320W. Plug type, circuit needs, maximum user weight and user height range are not published.
Free delivery in mainland USA is curbside, and White Glove Delivery is a flat $450. OSIM says the chair arrives fully assembled, yet its spec table weighs the chair unit, SkyCanopy and armrests separately. Its pages give three delivery time frames: 7 to 15 business days for massage chairs on the shipping page, around 8 to 15 for standard delivery and 10 to 15 for massage chairs in the FAQ.
The FAQ gives a One-Year OSIM Warranty on electrical items bought online, with repairs chargeable after that. Returns run 14 calendar days from receipt, less return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The refund policy waives the fee for defects or OSIM errors; the FAQ's version of that sentence leaves the exception out.
