The Zeno 8-Person is a cedar or Onyx stained Hemfir barrel sauna with an electric heater on stones, sold by Renu Therapy of Costa Mesa, California. Renu's listing names no maker. Its FAQ says the store carries Almost Heaven traditional saunas, and the listing's photo files are named Lewisburg8-Person, after Almost Heaven's 7 by 8 foot Lewisburg barrel. Almost Heaven lists the Lewisburg's country of origin as USA.
Every option is priced on top of the cedar, glass door and 8kW KIP base. Onyx adds $246, comes only with the glass door and leaves the benches in natural wood. Either wooden door adds $427. The KIP Digital with a Wifi kit adds $749, and the 9kW Virta with a Wifi kit adds $2,070. Renu does not explain its 2 KIP control types or say whether its Wifi kit is the Fenix controller Almost Heaven sells.
Plan the space around 94 inches of length. Renu gives the outside as 81 in wide and 85 in high, where Almost Heaven prints 82 3/8 and 85 7/8. Inside, 2 facing benches run the length of the room, 23 in wide per Renu and 20 11/16 in per Almost Heaven. Renu's page calls for a 240V, 40 amp connection by a certified electrician, and Almost Heaven lists 40 or 45 amps by heater. Renu rates the room to 195 degrees F. Almost Heaven says its 8kW heater heats to 180 degrees F.
The product page says the Zeno ships within 4 to 6 weeks, while Renu's shipping policy says lead times vary and asks buyers to inquire. Almost Heaven ships the Lewisburg by flatbed and leaves offloading to its own buyers. Renu does not say whether that applies to its orders. Neither company publishes an assembled weight.
Where it gives ground is the terms. Cancelling costs 25% inside 30 days and is refused after that. A return must be unopened, carries a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs, and an assembled sauna cannot go back at all. Renu does not say whether those 30 days run from the order or from delivery.
Renu's base build costs more than Almost Heaven's closest match, but Renu's price includes a Sauna Floor Kit, while Almost Heaven sells the floor kit separately. Price the exact build you want at both stores before you commit.

Almost Heaven Saunas Zeno 8-Person Barrel Sauna - buyer FAQ
How much does the Renu Zeno 8-Person barrel sauna cost?
Renu Therapy listed it at $9,794 to $12,291 on October 14, 2026, across 12 builds of lumber, door and heater, with no struck price. The $9,794 base is cedar with the glass door and the 8kW KIP heater. Almost Heaven's own store lists its closest base build at $9,083, without a floor kit. We did not open the cart or checkout.
What comes with the Zeno 8-Person, and what costs extra?
Renu's included list names the barrel on its support cradles, an interior LED light bar and a Sauna Floor Kit. A ladle and bucket sit in the same list but are marked optional, so whether they ship in the box is unclear. A roof covering is extra: Renu sells a Barrel Sauna Rain Jacket separately at $289 to $453.
How is the Zeno 8-Person delivered, and can I assemble it myself?
Saunas go out by free curbside delivery within the contiguous US, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes, and the product page quotes shipping within 4 to 6 weeks. The shipment weighs 1,020 lbs and measures 42 by 95 by 55 inches, so line up people or equipment to move it. Renu says 2 people can assemble it in 6 hours or less.
What electrical service and space does the Zeno 8-Person need?
Renu specifies a 240V, 40 amp circuit for the standard 8kW heater, hard-wired by a professional electrician. Almost Heaven lists 40 or 45 amps depending on the heater. The interior light plugs into 110V, 15 amp service. Almost Heaven recommends concrete, pavers, decking or stone underneath.
What warranty does the Zeno 8-Person carry?
Renu's product page gives 2 versions: a 5 year limited warranty in its summary line, and a limited lifetime warranty on the sauna room, 5 years on components and 1 year on the heater in its warranty section. Almost Heaven covers Harvia heater coils for 1 year and the other heating components for 5.
