Who should buy which
Households that will genuinely use six seats and want traditional stove heat outdoors, with the yard space and electrical capacity to support it.
You sauna alone or as a pair, you want infrared rather than traditional heat, or you are a commercial buyer, since the stated warranty terms are residential.
A household with a solid, flat spot for a barrel 94 inches long, an electrician booked for a hard-wired 240V circuit, 2 people free for an assembly day, and a plan for moving a 1,020 lb curbside delivery to the site.
You may need to cancel after ordering, since that costs 25% and closes at 30 days; you want one consistent sauna warranty from the seller, since Renu's product page prints 2 and its warranty terms page covers cold plunges only; or you live in Alaska or Hawaii, where Renu's free curbside shipping does not apply.
