QUICK VERDICT
A grounding sheet you do not sleep on: a steel-and-cotton underlay that goes under your own fitted sheet.
- Best for
- People who sleep grounded, or want to, and would rather sleep on their own sheets than lie directly on a coated grounding product.
- Skip if
- You want the lowest price, since silver-fiber fitted sheets cost less, or you want a measured conductivity figure, which Premium Grounding does not publish.

Premium Grounding builds its sheet as a flat underlay rather than a fitted sheet: cotton woven with 30% stainless steel fiber, which the brand says is 316L grade, designed to sit under your regular fitted sheet so you sleep on your own bedding. Steel is the design bet: Premium Grounding argues that silver-fiber sheets lose conductivity as the silver tarnishes, and that 316L does not oxidise. The cord carries a 100k ohm current-limiting resistor, so a basic continuity tester reads open, which is the correct result rather than a fault. Two of us have slept on a King every night for a month: it disappears under the bedding and does not run warm. As with every grounding product, the published research is small and early.

Premium Grounding Sheet (flat underlay, cotton + 30% stainless steel) - buyer FAQ
Why does a continuity tester say the Premium Grounding sheet is not working?
Because the 4.6 m cord carries a 100k ohm current-limiting resistor, a basic continuity tester reads open between the plug's earth pin and the sheet. Premium Grounding says a multimeter should read in the region of 100k ohms, and that this is the correct result, not a fault.
Do you lie directly on the Premium Grounding sheet?
No. It is a flat underlay designed to go under your regular fitted sheet, and Premium Grounding says it conducts through your bedding. That is why it does not feel like a grounding product.
What sizes does the Premium Grounding sheet come in?
Single/Twin is 90 x 190 cm; Double, Queen and King share one 175 x 190 cm panel; Super King is 216 x 216 cm. Prices read from premiumgrounding.com on 10 October 2026: $202, $241 and $265, with USA, Canadian, EU, UK/Singapore and Australia/New Zealand plugs.
