Start with the sentence that costs us money. AirVida publishes this verbatim on its own disclaimer page: "Any usage over 1.4 ATA is considered medical grade hyperbaric pressure. Medical grade hyperbaric therapy requires physician supervision". Both variants here are rated to a maximum of 1.5 ATA and dial down through 1.4, 1.3 and 1.2, so it is not inherently run above that line, but the top of its range sits above it. The same page states, in AirVida's words, "Airvida & Manufacturer chambers are not currently FDA approved". AirVida asks USA home buyers for an HBOT prescription before it ships, while Terms of Service 5.9 exempts hospitals, nursing homes, doctors' offices and health care facilities. With no prescribing physician in the loop, that is a gate, not a formality.

The $10,999 Pro All-In-One puts it all in one wheeled cabinet, a 550 W compressor at 85 L/min, a 500 W concentrator, a 210 W cooler, two cooling machines, a purifier, a sterilizer and double carbon filters, recommended for commercial use. AirVida publishes that cabinet at 211 lbs on one page and 215 on another, and orders over 200 lbs may move by freight. The chamber is identical either way: 230 x 120 x 120 cm, a 17 kg multi layer TPU shell, double layered windows, reclining chair and memory foam mattress.
AirVida publishes no FDA clearance or 510(k) number for this chamber and no ASME PVHO-1 mark on it. Scope that precisely: AirVida does publish ASME certification elsewhere in its range, an Alpha chamber at $79,000 and an ASME / PVHO-1 chamber at $150,000 to $200,000, so the gap is specific to this model, not the brand. Also unpublished: electrical input in text, occupant weight and height limits, interior usable dimensions.
Get anything load bearing in writing before you pay. Warranty is the one to pin down: four AirVida sources say one year parts, two say two years, and one of those two is the contract of sale, Terms of Service clause 5.8. Extension pricing is worse, three incompatible figures, so we quote none. Professional install is a separate $1,999. Returns run 30 days, RMA first, 10 percent restocking, return shipping on you.
