AirVida publishes no ASME or PVHO-1 certification for the Ultra. That is scoped to this model, not the brand: AirVida does publish ASME on the Alpha lying chamber at $79,000, and sells an ASME / PVHO-1 chamber at $150,000 to $200,000. Those two are the only listings on the storefront that mention either standard, so the $50,000 gap up to the Alpha is roughly what that document set costs here.
Then the contradiction. AirVida files the Ultra inside its own /collections/clinical-grade-hyperbaric-chambers, whose copy claims ASME certification and states that clinical grade chambers meet ASME PVHO-1 standards. The Ultra's own listing and its 29 page catalog say nothing of the kind, and AirVida's dedicated ASME PVHO-1 collection renders empty. Get the certificate named in writing, by chamber, on your quote.
What you buy is a stainless steel monoplace lying chamber, 89 inches long, in three diameters: 30 inch at $27,999, 34 inch at $28,999, 36 inch at $29,999, each in four colors. Shell is 2mm stainless with a 4mm reinforced door, polycarbonate windows at both ends and a memory foam mat inside. The pressure dial is detented at 1.3, 1.5, 1.7 and 2.0 ATA. One 1200 W cabinet packages the concentrator, compressor, sterilizer and cooling.
AirVida draws the regulatory line itself. Its disclaimer reads "Any usage over 1.4 ATA is considered medical grade hyperbaric pressure. Medical grade hyperbaric therapy requires physician supervision", and "Airvida & Manufacturer chambers are not currently FDA approved". Every Ultra variant dials to 2.0 ATA, so that applies to all twelve. The same page requires a medical prescription to use one in the USA; AirVida takes the order first and ships once you email it in.

One year on parts. AirVida's Ultra specific warranty page reads "You will receive a 1 year parts warranty on Airvida ULTRA and Pro All-In-One Kit", and its hard shell warranty page, brand warranty page, listing badge and catalog all say one year. AirVida contradicts itself elsewhere: Terms of Service clause 5.8 promises a free two year warranty certificate on chambers, and the product page meta description still advertises a 2 year warranty.
