Quick answer: Superpower is a $349-a-year health membership built around two blood draws: a 101-marker baseline panel, then a 60+ marker retest later in the year, 150+ biomarkers in all. Results land in a dashboard with 17 health scores and a biological age, an AI concierge and a text-based care team help you act on them, and members get pricing on add-on tests, supplements and prescriptions. It suits anyone who wants a broad first look at their blood work and a built-in second look to measure what changed. Plan for a 10-hour fast, a $119 fee if you want the draw at home, and a separate version of the panel in New York and New Jersey.
This feature is sponsored by Superpower. Every figure below comes from Superpower's own published pages, verified September 22, 2026.
Most blood tests are a single snapshot. Superpower sells the whole loop instead: a baseline, a plan built from it, support while you act on it, and a retest to see what moved. That loop is the reason to consider it.
Why a broad panel is worth doing
A basic lipid panel reports how much cholesterol is in your blood. A broader panel adds the markers that explain more of the picture. Apolipoprotein B counts the atherogenic particles directly, and a review in JAMA Cardiology concluded that apoB measures that risk more accurately than LDL or non-HDL cholesterol (Sniderman et al., JAMA Cardiology, 2019). High-sensitivity CRP adds an inflammation signal: in a prospective study of 28,263 healthy postmenopausal women, hs-CRP was the strongest single predictor of cardiovascular events among the 12 markers measured (Ridker et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2000), via PubMed. Both sit in Superpower's baseline draw.
The second draw matters as much as the first. One result tells you where you are; two results on the same markers tell you whether a change you made is moving anything.
What the $349 membership includes
Superpower's FAQ states the membership "gives you a baseline, a plan to improve it, support to take action, and a retest to measure what changed," then lists six inclusions:
| Included in the $349 membership | As Superpower publishes it |
|---|---|
| Testing | 150+ biomarkers across your baseline + retest |
| Plan | A personalized plan that evolves with your results |
| Scores | 17 health scores + your biological age |
| Support | Superpower AI + on-demand care team support |
| Dashboard | Your health dashboard, with all your data in one place |
| Marketplace | Member pricing on diagnostics, supplements, and prescriptions |
The membership is HSA/FSA eligible, and Superpower will issue an itemized receipt from members@superpower.com for reimbursement.
The baseline panel: what is measured
The baseline draw is where most of the coverage sits. Superpower publishes the full list under the heading "All 101 markers in your annual baseline draw, organized by system," grouped into ten categories:
| Category | Markers in the baseline draw |
|---|---|
| Heart and Vascular Health | 26 |
| Liver Health | 15 |
| Nutrients | 13 |
| Immune System | 12 |
| Kidney | 11 |
| Inflammation | 8 |
| Sex Hormones | 7 |
| Metabolic Health | 4 |
| Thyroid Health | 4 |
| Energy | 1 |
The cardiovascular block is the deepest: Apolipoprotein B, LDL, HDL, non-HDL and total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-sensitivity CRP and uric acid sit alongside a set of ratios. Liver work runs from ALT, AST, ALP and GGT to both bilirubin fractions. Sex hormones cover total, free and bioavailable testosterone with SHBG and DHEA-S. Thyroid runs four markers, and Energy is cortisol.
How to read the report
Superpower labels how each result was produced. It states that it "reports a mix of direct and derived biomarker metrics," badges 32 of the 101 baseline entries as Derived Biomarkers, and adds a derived method note to eight more, so 40 are calculated from values that were measured: ratios and indices such as the Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio and the Atherogenic Index of Plasma. It also notes where a method is a laboratory-developed test validated under CLIA rather than cleared by the FDA, which covers the three testosterone markers among others. Knowing which is which makes it easier to compare your results over time and to talk them through with your doctor.
The testing experience
Superpower publishes the flow in four steps. You order online, with no doctor visit or referral needed, and a qualified provider reviews the order. You schedule the draw at a local lab, or add an at-home phlebotomist visit for $119. You complete the draws: the first covers the full panel, the second retests key markers. Then your results arrive with a protocol.
- Sample: two blood draws plus a urine sample.
- Where: 2,000+ Quest locations, or at home for +$119. Superpower notes the at-home option "covers the blood draws only."
- The draw itself: a quick 10-minute visit, per Superpower's homepage.
- Prep: a 10-hour food and caffeine fast (water is fine), and stop supplements containing biotin.
- Turnaround: approximately 5 to 7 days on the panel page, and "Results in 10 days or less" on the membership card.
The dashboard: bring all your data
Results land in a dashboard rather than a PDF. Superpower's wording: "Upload past labs and sync your wearables (Oura, Whoop, Apple Health and more). Connect the dots across all your data and spot trends early." Alongside the markers it reports a biological age and 17 health scores, the layer you will actually read month to month.
If you wear an Oura or a Whoop, or keep your data in Apple Health, connect it when you sign up, and upload any past labs you have. The more history the dashboard holds, the more it has to trend your new results against.
The AI: ask it about your results
The AI is the feature Superpower puts up front. Its description: "Your results arrive alongside a personalized protocol built from the full picture, not a single flagged number. The AI-powered concierge translates the science into clear next steps, and your care team is available by text to discuss what is flagged, what is not, and what to do next." The homepage calls it "Advanced AI chat" with context on your health.
The way to get value from it is to ask it specific questions about your own numbers. Good ones to start with:
- Which of my out-of-range markers will the retest measure again?
- What in my plan targets the markers that were flagged?
- What changed between my baseline and my retest?
- Which of these results should I take to my doctor?
Behind the AI sits a human care team. Superpower promises "24/7 access to care team" by text, with a published response time of one business day or less.
The marketplace
Membership includes member pricing across three categories.
Add-on tests. Superpower lists "custom lab panels, environmental toxin, heavy metals scans, Galleri's cancer screen, gut microbiome testing, and more." The panels collection publishes 30 of them, including a $79 Blood Vessel Function panel, a $99 Organ Age Panel and the $949 Grail Galleri multi-cancer test, so markers outside the baseline can be added as you need them.
Supplements. Nine categories, including minerals, omega-3s, multivitamins, digestive support and botanicals, with named third-party brands such as Pure Encapsulations. Member prices sit behind the login.
Prescriptions. Superpower states it is LegitScript certified and that "any prescription offered through the Marketplace is evaluated, prescribed, and dispensed by licensed clinicians and partners." It publishes the limits in the same place: "Prescription products are not available in all states. Compounded drug products are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Prescription required." Availability depends on your state and a clinical review.
The retest: measuring what changed
The retest is what turns a blood test into a membership. Superpower: "Your membership includes two blood tests each year," the baseline panel, then "a 60+ biomarker retest later in the year to track what changed."
The second draw repeats the core of the panel: CBC, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1c, urinalysis and hs-CRP. That covers blood count, metabolic, lipid, blood sugar and inflammation markers. If you want the full panel repeated, Superpower sells additional full-panel tests at any time.
Where it earns the price
- Two draws in one price. The retest is built in, so measuring whether something changed is part of the membership rather than a second purchase.
- Breadth where it counts. 101 baseline markers across ten body systems, including ApoB and hs-CRP.
- One home for your data. Past labs, wearables, 17 scores and a biological age in a single dashboard.
- Support after the numbers. A plan that evolves with your results, an AI concierge you can question, and a care team by text.
- Easy to start. Order online with no referral, draw at 2,000+ Quest locations or at home, HSA/FSA eligible.
What to know before you order
- 150+ is across two draws. The baseline is 101 markers and the retest 60+. For the full panel twice, add a full-panel test.
- Home draws cost $119 more. The draw at a Quest location is included.
- New York and New Jersey members are served by a BioReference version of the panel at separate pricing ($599, per Superpower), and a few markers are not offered there: Progesterone, Vitamin K, ADMA/SDMA, IGF-1, Thyroid Peroxidase, Lipoprotein Fractionation, NMR and Thyroglobulin Antibody. Everyone else gets the national panel, available in 39 states plus Washington, D.C.
- Insurance is not billed. Use HSA/FSA funds instead, with the itemized receipt.
- Prep matters. Fast for 10 hours and stop biotin before the draw.
None of these change what the membership is. They decide which version of it fits you.
Who it is for
A first broad baseline. If you have never run more than a basic panel, one $349 price covers 101 markers, the plan and a second draw.
Anyone mid-change. If you are changing your training, diet or sleep, the retest measures lipids, A1c, hs-CRP, CBC and metabolic markers again on a schedule.
Data consolidators. If you already track sleep and activity, the dashboard puts your wearable data and your blood work side by side.
People who want a doctor in the loop. Superpower is designed to complement primary care, not replace it, so bring your results to your own clinician. The care team and the AI help you prepare the questions.

The verdict
Superpower puts a 101-marker baseline, a built-in retest, a dashboard that pulls in your wearables and past labs, an AI concierge and a care team into one $349 annual membership. For a buyer who wants a broad first look at their blood work and a scheduled second look to see what changed, it is a complete, clearly documented way to do both. Check whether you want the at-home draw and whether you are in New York or New Jersey, then book the first draw.
Health note: Superpower states that its results "support clinician interpretation and risk assessment and are not intended as stand-alone diagnoses or treatments." Talk to your clinician before acting on any result, and before starting any supplement or prescription. Nothing here is medical advice.

How many biomarkers does the Superpower baseline panel measure?
The baseline draw is 101 markers, published in ten named categories on the panel page, from Heart and Vascular Health (26) to Energy (1). A 60+ marker retest later in the year brings the membership total to the 150+ figure Superpower leads with, across two draws in a year.
Are all Superpower biomarkers directly measured?
Superpower reports a mix of direct and derived metrics and labels them. It badges 32 of the 101 baseline entries as Derived Biomarkers and adds a derived method note to eight more, so 40 are calculated from measured values, such as the Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio. The labels make the report easier to read over time.
Does the Superpower membership include a second blood test?
Yes. The membership includes two blood tests a year: the full baseline panel, then a 60+ biomarker retest later in the year that repeats CBC, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1c, urinalysis and hs-CRP. Additional full-panel tests are available at extra cost.
Can I get the Superpower blood draw at home?
Yes. You can draw at 2,000+ Quest locations, or add an at-home phlebotomist visit for $119. Superpower notes the at-home option covers the blood draws only. Either way, fast for 10 hours beforehand and stop supplements containing biotin.
What can I ask the Superpower AI?
The AI concierge works from your own results and protocol. Useful questions include which flagged markers the retest will measure again, what in your plan targets them, what changed between your baseline and retest, and which results to take to your doctor. A human care team answers by text, with a published response time of one business day or less.
Is Superpower available in every state?
The national panel is processed by Quest Diagnostics and is available in 39 states plus Washington, D.C. New York and New Jersey members are served by a BioReference version of the panel at separate pricing ($599, per Superpower), which does not include a few markers such as Progesterone, IGF-1 and Thyroid Peroxidase.
Is Superpower HSA or FSA eligible, and does it take insurance?
Superpower says the membership is HSA/FSA eligible, and members can request an itemized receipt from members@superpower.com for reimbursement. It does not bill health insurance. The membership auto-renews at the then-current rate unless cancelled.
