What is in the Hello Health Brain/Neurodiversity bundle?
Hello Health's product images show three kits, but its written page does not list them. Two of the listing's three images show Vibrant Wellness boxes labeled Neural Zoomer Plus, Methylation Panel and Total Tox Burden. The only written description is the one-line tagline printed on the Total Tox Burden box, and the text names no laboratory.
Neither company publishes which versions ship in this bundle, or whether its Neural Zoomer is the full panel: Vibrant notes that providers "may order targeted panels that include fewer markers." Ask Hello Health to confirm the contents in writing before paying $1,734.00.
What do the three kits measure, according to Vibrant Wellness?
This section is Vibrant's description of its own current tests. It is not a finding about any person.
Is Neural Zoomer Plus the same as Vibrant's Neural Zoomer?
Vibrant says the test was renamed. Its 2026 test menu page states that Neural Zoomer Plus "has been renamed to Neural Zoomer" and that the older, lower level Neural Zoomer was discontinued. Its former Neural Zoomer Plus page redirects to the Neural Zoomer page. Hello Health does not say which version its bundle ships or which markers are ordered. Vibrant describes the current test as measuring antibodies connected to neuroinflammation, neurological autoimmunity, peripheral nerve involvement and infection-associated immune patterns, across eight marker groups such as Demyelination and Blood Brain Barrier Integrity.
Vibrant says it is a blood test, taken by standard draw or dried blood spot as the ordering provider chooses, and its test pages state that the information "is not intended to be used by the patient for any diagnostic purpose and is not a substitute for medical advice by a healthcare practitioner." Turnaround figures on Vibrant's page run from "7/14 Days" to 2 to 3 weeks.
What does Vibrant's Methylation Panel measure?
Vibrant's Methylation Panel markers list, revised November 13, 2024, names 12 genetic variants in methylation-related genes, including MTHFR rs1801133 and COMT rs4680, plus three blood markers: homocysteine, folate and vitamin B12. Vibrant's patient one-pager for the same panel also names GSTP1 and SOD2, which the markers list does not, so Vibrant's own documents differ on the exact markers. The panel's old web address now redirects to a different Vibrant test, and Vibrant's current menu lists the genetic part as Methylation Genetics. Its Genetic Tests page lists blood or saliva for genetic panels, "depending on the specific panel," and its Methylation Genetics sample report shows a blood sample. Vibrant says genetic results provide context rather than a diagnosis.
"Methylation panel" means three things in search:

What does Vibrant say Total Tox Burden measures?
Vibrant calls it "a comprehensive urine-based panel" covering 20 heavy metals, 29 mycotoxins and 38 environmental chemicals, run by LC-MS/MS on a first-morning urine sample. These are the counts Vibrant states on its own page. Vibrant's sample report adds that the clinical utility of its heavy metal and environmental toxin panels "has not been fully established," and that "Quantification of mycotoxins in urine is not FDA-recognized diagnostic indicator of mold exposure."
How much does the bundle cost, and what else does Hello Health sell?
Hello Health lists the Complete Hello Health Brain/ Neurodiversity bundle at $1,734.00 USD, one option, with no compare-at price and no per-kit prices, checked September 24, 2026 against its store data. Vibrant's own Testing Menu price sheet, written for providers and updated September 16, 2026, lists Neural Zoomer at $450 and Total Tox Burden at $550, and Methylation Genetics at $400 when ordered on its own. It lists no Methylation Panel. Vibrant's 2026 test menu page also lists a processing fee of $250 for initial orders, without saying who pays it. Neither source says what a patient pays when ordering through a practitioner or a store, and neither company says which versions ship in this bundle, so we do not calculate a saving (read September 24, 2026).

Do you need a doctor's order, and how are samples collected?
Vibrant's rule is that a licensed practitioner must order: "Vibrant tests are available for purchase through licensed healthcare practitioners only." Hello Health does not publish, for this bundle, whether a clinician order is included, who signs it, the sample types, or whether a draw fee is extra. Its general lab-testing page, which does not name this bundle, describes its most popular kits as "self or easy Requisition" lab testing kits without saying how the requisition works.
Vibrant's patient flow runs from a provider's order to payment in Vibrant's portal, a kit it says ships within 24 hours, and results released to patient and provider; how a Hello Health purchase fits that flow is not published. For blood draws, Vibrant says the patient coordinates and pays the draw site, and "Prices and policies vary by site."
Are Vibrant Wellness tests FDA approved, and is the lab CLIA certified?
Vibrant says they are not: it states that the FDA has not cleared or approved its Neural Zoomer, Total Tox Burden and genetic tests, which it developed in its own laboratories. Separately, the CMS clinical laboratory file (modified July 16, 2026) lists the two Vibrant laboratories named on its sample reports with active CLIA certificates of accreditation. CMS's LDT and CLIA FAQ (dated October 22, 2013, still posted on cms.gov) says its CLIA program "does not address the clinical validity of any test." The two are Vibrant America Clinical Laboratory, CLIA 05D2078809, and Vibrant Genomics LLC, CLIA 05D2098445, both in Santa Clara, California. Can Vibrant Wellness tests be ordered for a child?
This listing does not say, and Hello Health publishes no age range for this bundle. Vibrant answers for its own tests:
- Neural Zoomer: providers may order it for pediatric patients at their own discretion, but it has validated reference ranges for adults 18 and older, and "pediatric reference ranges are not available."
- Total Tox Burden: the same position, with adult reference ranges and no pediatric ranges.
- Methylation Genetics: Vibrant's sample report says "Pediatric risk interpretation for the reported variants has not been established."
- Any Vibrant test for a minor: the provider must obtain parental or legal guardian consent first, and interpreting results is the provider's responsibility.
Vibrant's only age restriction covers two hormone tests, at 15 and older, neither of them among the kits in this bundle's product images. Lab tests are not a diagnosis. Whether to test a child, and what any result means, belongs with a licensed clinician who knows your child's history.
Is the Hello Health bundle covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
Vibrant says it does not bill insurance, and Hello Health publishes no HSA/FSA answer for this bundle. Can you return the Hello Health bundle once a sample is sent?
Hello Health does not say which rule applies. Its store policy allows a return request within 30 days of receiving an unused item in its original packaging, via hello@hello.health, and never mentions lab tests. Vibrant's testing policy, for orders placed through Vibrant, allows no returns or refunds once the lab receives the sample, and lists a $25 cancellation fee once a paid kit has shipped.

The bundle suits an adult buyer, or a parent or guardian, whose licensed clinician already wants these specific Vibrant panels for the person being tested, who prefers one store and one listed price, and who will organize the reports and compare them over time with that clinician. For Neural Zoomer and Total Tox Burden, Vibrant publishes adult reference ranges only.
What should you ask Hello Health before you pay?
